Our 18" black iron pizza pans are manufactured in the UK by experienced metal spinners based in Sheffield. Our best-selling pizza pans, they are suitable for use in both deck ovens and conveyor ovens. At 1.5" deep, they are perfect for baking a deep pan pizza from fresh or part-baked dough.

Seasoning Instructions

All black iron pans must be seasoned before use. Apply a thin layer of oil to the pan and bake it in the oven at a high temperature. This will darken the pan and help prevent the dough from sticking.
