Tenderizing Blade

This is the tenderizing blade sold separately. The tenderizing blade tenderizes as it rolls easily through your steaks, chicken, pork and other meats, giving you perfectly tenderized meats, all in one motion. Unlike a meat hammer bolo just cuts the tendons but doesn't "beat" the meat so you get really tender meat that's not bruised.
